Conditional form using と, which expresses an inevitable, habitual, or natural consequence when the condition is met. Often implies a cause-and-effect relationship or a sequence that always happens. Cannot be used for volitional expressions like requests or invitations.
In a sentence
この道をまっすぐ行くと、左手に大きな公園が見える。
kono michi o massugu iku to, hidarite ni ookina kouen ga mieru.
If you go straight down this road, you'll see a big park on your left.
