Conditional form using たら, which expresses a hypothetical condition or temporal sequence. Often used when the condition is realistic or probable, and frequently implies that the result will naturally follow. Can be used with past tense and is common in spoken Japanese.
In a sentence
新宿に行ったら、あの新しいカフェに寄ってみよう。
shinjuku ni ittara, ano atarashii kafe ni yotte miyou.
If (when) I go to Shinjuku, I'll stop by that new cafe.
